Why we exist

Every business we met had the same two problems. Nobody was solving both.

Drew spent 15 years on sites and in site offices. Running crews, winning contracts, and watching good businesses stall for the same reasons every time. Either the phone stopped ringing, or it rang and there was nobody to send.

The marketing agencies only did the first half. The recruiters only did the second. Nobody was accountable for the whole picture, and the business owner was left stitching it together between quotes.

So Drew Grosskreutz and Sean Brassington started Increase Construction to do both under one roof. Drew brings the strategy, sales and operations. Sean built the technology that makes it repeatable. One team, on the hook for your pipeline and your crew.
